Ok soccer starts in late August and Coach says MUST RUN all summer to prep and I really wanna be prepared and be this years MVP so what good exersize tips do you have for a tough (Im a girl with four brothers) teenage girl? Thanks for spending time reading this!!!!!!

well, I guess just some long distance running every now and then to keep up endurance, sprints to work on speed, push-ups sit-ups lunges…. for conditioning, but i would also keep touches with the ball, like taking shots on goal or dribbling at the park or something.

I really want to play soccer.. I love watching soccer and I used to play in elementry school in Korea. I came here at 3rd grade and never played since. I am in 10th grade now and I want to play soccer. My friends are all really good and I want to be good too. I have good stamina but I am really bad with the ball. How can i get really good?
